Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your current bounce, total stem count, genre, deadline and one or two reference tracks. I will confirm whether the track fits the service, recommend the correct package and flag any production issue that should be addressed first.
Can mastering fix problems in my production or mix?
Mastering can improve balance, level and translation, but it cannot fully repair weak production choices or major mix conflicts. If the kick, bass, arrangement or sound selection needs work, I will tell you before proceeding.
Which genres do you specialize in?
I specialize in Bass House, Progressive House, Tech House, Melodic Techno and related EDM. If your style is outside these genres, send me a bounce before ordering so I can confirm whether I am the right fit.
Do you mix vocals or provide vocal tuning?
Vocal balance and processing are included when vocal stems are part of the session. Manual pitch correction, detailed timing edits, comping and vocal production are not included unless they are agreed and priced before the order.
What files and information should I send?
Send labeled WAV stems—all starting at the same point—along with your reference mix (rough mix), BPM, key, and a brief (indicating whether it is for clubs or streaming). Submit a maximum of two reference tracks. Avoid clipping and remove any master limiting, unless it is essential to the sound.
What files will I receive?
You will receive the final master in either 24-bit or 32-bit WAV at the agreed sample rate. I do not deliver MP3 files. Alternate versions and mastered stem exports are included only when listed in your package or purchased as an extra.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to balance, tone, dynamics, effects or loudness within the original brief. New stems, production changes, arrangement edits, vocal tuning or replacing major elements may require an extra or custom offer.
What is an alternate version?
An alternate version is an additional export from the approved mix, such as an instrumental, clean or DJ version. It does not include a new arrangement, radio edit, extended mix or production changes unless agreed separately.
Can you prepare my track for clubs and streaming?
Yes. Tell me whether club playback, streaming or label submission is the priority. Each package includes one final master. If you need separate club and streaming versions, contact me before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
