FAQ
What should I provide to get started?
For a new website, please share your domain and hosting logins, logo, content, photos and contact details. For an existing website, share your WordPress and hosting access. Don't have a domain or hosting yet, or not sure which pages you need? I'll guide you through everything on a Zoom call.
What if I don't have content ready?
No problem. After a short questionnaire, I'll draft your page content from your business details. It's a starting draft, not professional copywriting, so please review it and tell me what to change. You can edit it anytime.
Can I update the website myself after delivery?
Yes, you will be able to update your website after delivery. I build sites using a drag-and-drop page builder, allowing you to edit text, images, and pages easily without technical knowledge. I also provide a short Zoom walkthrough to guide you through basic updates.
Do I need to purchase any themes or plugins?
I build websites using Avada or Elementor + Crocoblock. If you choose Avada, you will need to purchase the theme license. The Elementor free version works well with Crocoblock, while Elementor Pro may need to be purchased depending on the features required. I provide Crocoblock tools when needed.
Do you provide SEO services with this gig?
Yes. I write the meta titles and descriptions for every page, set up headings, image alt text and schema markup, and submit your sitemap to Google Search Console. Rankings depend on competition and time, so they can't be guaranteed.
What does speed optimization include?
Speed optimization focuses on a clean structure, lightweight layout, and basic WordPress performance best practices to reduce unnecessary bloat. It does not guarantee specific PageSpeed or GTmetrix scores, as results depend on hosting quality, content, images, plugins, and third-party scripts.
How do revisions and post-delivery support work?
Revisions: I’ll update the website until it matches the agreed design and requirements. Support: For 14 days after delivery, I’ll fix issues caused by my work for free. New features or out-of-scope changes are excluded from both revisions and support and require a new order.
Can you connect my website to my CRM?
Yes, if you already use one, like HubSpot, Jobber or GoHighLevel. I connect your quote and contact forms so new leads go straight into your CRM. The CRM account and any paid plans are on your side. No CRM? Leads are sent to your email instead.
What if I already have a Google Business Profile?
I'll optimize it: categories, services, description, hours and photos, linked to your website. If you have Google reviews, I'll show them on your site. New business? I'll create the profile and you complete Google's verification.
How do the project showcase and blog work?
You add completed jobs (title, description, project details, gallery, before/after photos) and blog posts from your WordPress dashboard, and they appear on your site automatically. Each counts as 2 pages of your package (listing and single). I set them up and add 2 of each from your content.
