FAQ
Can you help me find an item if I only have a photo or screenshot?
Yes, absolutely! Just send me the photo or screenshot. I use advanced image search tools across Taobao, 1688, Xianyu, and Poizon to track down the exact item for you at the best local price.
How is the international shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is based on the total packed weight and your destination country. Once all your items arrive at my Guangzhou hub, I consolidate them into one sturdy box and provide you with the most affordable tracked express options.
How do I pay for the items and international shipping?
All payments are handled safely through Fiverr! Once we confirm your items and shipping weight, I will send you an official Fiverr Custom Offer. Your payment is 100% protected and held in escrow by Fiverr until delivery.
What are the typical shipping timelines?
Domestic shipping within China takes 2-3 days to reach my Guangzhou hub. Once inspected and packed, international air express takes 5-9 business days (DHL/FedEx/YunExpress), or 10-15 business days for economy tracked postal parcels.
