Budget Review: I analyze your budget to ensure realistic sourcing options.

Expectations and Fears: I address your expectations, answer your questions, and tackle any fears you may have.

GIG 2. Manufacturer Match Pro

I will provide you with quotation from at least 3 manufacturers for your desired product. I will introduce you to a contact person in the manufacturer company.

GIG 3. Get FULL Sourcing:

You will get quotations from at least 3 manufacturers, and I will negotiate Prices, Lead times, Payment Terms, MOQs, Sample costs, Storage, and Inspection (if needed).

My sourcing work covers market research, online and offline research and Risks & Potentials remarks about the manufacturer. It also includes an evaluation to address ethical concerns such as worries about pollution or exploitative labor conditions.
