Every email goes through real-time validation before delivery. I only include contacts with a confirmed, valid deliverability status. Risky, invalid, and catch-all emails are removed or flagged. This process consistently keeps bounce rates very low across all deliveries.
What is AI lead scoring and how does it work?
Lead scoring ranks your prospects by how well they match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). I use a weighted model evaluating ICP fit, firmographic data, and technographic signals. Each contact is tagged as Hot, Warm, or Cold — so your team knows exactly who to prioritize first.
Is the data GDPR compliant for cold outreach in Europe?
All data is sourced from providers that operate under legitimate interest or consent-based frameworks. Every deliverable includes a Legal Basis column documenting the data source and compliance status per contact. For EU outreach, I can also flag EU-based contacts separately on request.
Which CRMs is your CSV file compatible with?
The default format is mapped for HubSpot import — correct property names, YYYY-MM-DD date format, and UTF-8 encoding. I can also format the file for Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or GoHighLevel. Just let me know your CRM when placing the order.

How do you use my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build the list?
Before starting, I ask for your ICP parameters: target industry, company size, geography, job titles in scope, and any exclusions. This drives the entire filtering and scoring logic. If you don't have a defined ICP yet, message me — I can help you outline one based on your target market.
What data fields are included in each contact record?
A standard enriched record includes: first name, last name, job title, business email, LinkedIn URL, direct phone (where available), company name, website, industry, employee count, and HQ location. Premium orders also include technographic data
Do you offer custom orders for more than 700 leads?
Yes. For larger volumes, please message me before ordering with your requirements — volume, enrichment depth, and turnaround needed. I'll respond with a custom offer. Most large orders (1,000–5,000 records) are completed within 7–14 business days
What happens if some leads don't match my requirements?
