What information do I need to provide to start the project?
You will need to provide The learning objective (What should the learner be able to do after the training?). The content source (SOPs, existing documents, video scripts, or subject matter expert (SME) access). Your desired visual style/branding (logos, color palette). Any existing storyboards.
Which authoring tools do you primarily use for the simulations?
I primarily use Articulate Storyline 360 for highly complex, decision-based branching scenarios and high-fidelity simulations. I can also use Adobe Captivate if required by your organizational standards.
Will the simulation integrate with my Learning Management System (LMS)?
Yes, absolutely. I deliver all finalized projects in industry-standard formats: SCORM (1.2 or 2004) or xAPI (Tin Can API). This ensures your simulation will seamlessly track learner progress and scores within platforms like Cornerstone, Moodle, or Rise.
Can you help me develop the content and write the scripts/storyboards?
Yes. My Standard and Premium packages include full instructional design support, which covers analyzing your content, developing the full course structure, and writing the detailed, practice-focused storyboard and dialogue scripts.
Do your packages include voiceover or custom graphics?
My Basic package does not. My Standard and Premium packages include sourcing basic stock images and coordinating text with provided voiceover files. Custom-recorded voiceovers or complex, unique 3D assets are quoted separately as an add-on, depending on scope.
What happens if I need changes after the delivery?
My packages include Revision Rounds before final delivery (e.g., 2 rounds in the Standard package). Once the final SCORM file is approved, any further changes (due to new SOPs or content shifts) are considered a new, smaller project, but I am always happy to help update previous work.
