No, this is a one-time setup. I configure the project, workflow, and boards, then hand them over fully working. Your team runs it from there.

Yes. Send me admin access or a screen-share walkthrough of your current setup, and I'll tell you what to keep and what to rebuild.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your Jira (and Confluence, for Standard/Premium), your team size, and how you currently track work even if the answer is "we don't."
Can I upgrade mid-project if I started with Basic?
Yes, just message me and we'll adjust the order.
Do I need to already use Scrum or Kanban?
No. Tell me how your team actually works and I'll configure Jira to match — not the other way around.
Do I need to already have a Jira account?
Yes, you (or your company) need an active Jira subscription before we start. I configure and set up your existing account; I don't purchase Atlassian licenses on your behalf.
