What types of MoltBot errors can you fix?
I fix Telegram timeouts, WhatsApp pairing failures, Discord permission errors, Slack connection issues, skills not loading, API authentication problems, memory leaks, config errors, and gateway crashes. Message me with your error - I've likely fixed it before.
How do I know which package to choose?
Basic : One specific error, quick fix. Standard : Multiple issues or full diagnostic with 30-min call. Premium : Complete recovery - updates, security, persona, and 10 skills installed. Message me if unsure.
My Telegram bot keeps timing out. Can you fix this?
Yes! This is Node 22's timeout bug with grammY (Issue #2436). I'll upgrade you to Node 25+, reinstall dependencies, and verify the connection. Included in all packages - it's one of the most common fixes I do.
Do you need access to my server?
Not necessarly - via SSH or screen share (Zoom/Meet). For Basic, I can guide you via chat if you're comfortable with commands. All credentials treated confidentially; I recommend changing passwords after our session.
How long does a typical fix take?
imple fixes: 15-30 min. Channel issues: 30-60 min. Complex problems: 1-2 hours. Full recovery (Premium): 2-4 hours over 1-2 sessions. Most Basic orders completed within 24 hours.
What information do you need before starting?
Error message/screenshot, affected channel(s), Node version (node -v), MoltBot version, when it started, and access preference (SSH or screen share). More details = faster diagnosis.
Will you also improve my bot's security?
Standard and Premium include security audit: pairing mode, allowFrom lists, sandboxing, and credential storage check. Premium includes full hardening as part of recovery.
What if the error comes back after you fix it?
Yes! I work with npm installs, source builds, Docker containers, PM2, and systemd services. Just tell me your setup when ordering.
What if you can't fix my problem?
Rare, but if I can't resolve it: full diagnostic report, documented attempts, next-step recommendations, and full refund if no progress. Message me before ordering if unsure.
