What is the difference between a Non-Exclusive (Lease) and an Exclusive beat?
A Non-Exclusive Lease means you can release your song commercially, but I still retain the rights to the instrumental and can sell it to other artists. Exclusive means you buy the full ownership of the beat; I will transfer all rights to you and will never sell it to anyone else.
Will I get copyright strikes on YouTube or TikTok for using your beats?
No. I compose my beats from scratch and only use 100% royalty-free sounds. You will not face any copyright or Content ID issues when uploading your finished music.
Can I register my song to YouTube Content ID or other fingerprinting systems?
No. Non-Exclusive buyers (Basic/Standard) CANNOT register songs to Content ID or any fingerprinting systems. This prevents false copyright claims against other artists leasing the same beat. Content ID registration is ONLY allowed if you buy the Exclusive package.
What do you need from me to start?
I need a brief description of the vibe you want, the tempo (BPM) if you know it, and 1 or 2 reference links (YouTube/Spotify) of songs or artists that have the similar style you are looking for.
Will the beat have your producer tag on it?
By default, I will leave ONE short signature tag at the very beginning of the beat (intro) for branding purposes. However, the rest of the track will be completely untagged. If you want the beat to be 100% untagged without any tags at all, just let me know!
