I know very well with game optimization , and what is the polycount limit in the game engine. you can specify all polygons as well as the maximum you will give.
everything will be Quad and NO !! to N gon.
files will be given in the form of OBJ, FBX, 3ds max and Adobe Painter

i can do retopo in 3 days, uv 1 day, and baking 1 day with 4k resolution + 8x anitiliasing very high in adobe photoshop

Ongoing collaborationHe did a perfect job. He made a retopology and uvs for a stylized character I plan on rendering in maya. I will render it with a breathing animation. I would highly recommend him to anyone doing characters that need animating. He is the best at uvs.

Very fast delivery but unfortunately not up to the standard I was hoping for. Could tell they weren't very interested in performing any revisions and just wanted to mark the task as done. Reasonable result for the cost but sadly will need to arrange fixes to be made.
