Make AI-generated support and technical content more consistent, accurate and useful. I design and optimize prompts and system instructions for technical support answers, troubleshooting guides, API documentation and product help content.
This is a tested deliverable, not a generic prompt template. I review your goal and examples, write the scoped prompt set, test it against representative questions and edge cases, and document how to maintain it. Standard includes three prompts and a 10-case evaluation set. Premium includes five prompts, a 25-case evaluation set, guardrail guidance and a cost review.
I can work with OpenAI or Claude. Prompt improvements can reduce errors and token use, but no prompt guarantees correct model output. I will explain issues that need source-content, model or product changes rather than prompt changes alone.
