FAQ
What does a double sided design mean?
A double sided design is usually a front and back design or a 2 pages pdf. Please not that this, doesn't mean a bi-fold or tri-fold design. Bi-folds and tri-folds, even if double sided designs, are 4 and 6 pages in total
What if i don't like your work?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. Once we have everything sorted, i will start working on your project. After the revisions rounds, if you are still not happy, we can adjust the design until it pleases you or, i can send you a full refund
What informations do I need from you to provide a fantastic project/work?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. I will need the complete text, grammar checked, images if you want something specific (or i can use stock images) and, if possible, 1-2 example flyers that you like so i can see the design style to use
What format are the source files?
I work in professional graphic design software so the source files will be for adobe photoshop (.psd) or adobe indesign (.indd). Please discuss this with me if you have any preference. Please note that I don't work in word or powerpoint
How soon should I expect my project to be delivered?
The standard delivery time is 2 days. I usually do my best to deliver sooner than the deadline but, this depends on how many active projects i have in front of yours. There is always the extra option for fast delivery (+$5) in my gig that ensures 24h delivery time
Will you provide the text for my flyer?
Sadly, I don't provide text writing services, the text must be provided by the client
