No, you only pay a one-time setup fee.

You only need to provide us with your Zendesk access details during the setup process. After that, you can change your login information.

In the unlikely case you're not happy with our results, let us know and we'll do our best to fix it. If you're still not happy, you can claim a full refund within the first 30 days after we've finished implementing Zendesk for you- We take pride in our customer's satisfaction.
Are there any additional costs involved?
For Shopify stores: There're no additional costs involved. For Woocommerce stores: You'll need to purchase an add-on that facilitates the integration over the Zendesk marketplace. The cost of the add-on is 10$US per month for your Zendesk account.
