Tamir is very knowledgeable about Zendesk and all of its capabilities. I went into my conversation with him with just a few questions, but he turned me on to a different way of approaching my issue entirely which will be MUCH better for our customers. He configured an automation with Integromat that merges tickets from Whatsapp and a Email. All that and more in only 1 hour session.
