Do I need a Shopify plan before ordering?
Yes, you need a Shopify account and plan. If you have not created your store yet, message me and I will guide you through it before we start.
Can you set up email for my own domain?
Yes, in the Launch-ready and Full build packages. I configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC and a custom sender address. I will need access to your domain's DNS settings.
Do you set up payments and shipping rates?
Not in these packages. If you need payments, shipping or a larger catalog configured, message me first and I will send a custom quote.
How will you access my store, and will I own everything?
You send me a collaborator access request from your Shopify admin. I never need your password, and you can remove my access at any time. The store, theme, products and domain all stay in your account.
Do you write product descriptions or take photos?
No. I load and organize the product details and photos you provide, and I can tidy the formatting. The copy and images come from you. A simple spreadsheet works well for the product list.
Can you move my store from another platform?
No. This gig covers building a new Shopify store from scratch. Message me before ordering if you have a different setup in mind and I'll tell you whether it's a fit.
