FAQ
Do you need access to my website?
For most fixes I need admin, FTP or hosting access. For small CSS or layout issues the URL and a screenshot are often enough. Your credentials stay confidential and are used only for the fix.
What if you cannot fix my problem?
I check the issue before we start. If I cannot solve it, I tell you straight away and you get a full refund. I never leave your site in a worse state than I found it.
Will you change my design?
No. I only repair what is broken. Your layout, colours, images and content stay exactly the same, unless you specifically ask me to change something.
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers one error. Standard covers up to three errors plus responsive issues. Premium covers the whole site. Send me the URL and a short description and I will tell you which one fits.
Do you take a backup before fixing?
Yes. On WordPress and any site where I have full access I take a backup before touching anything, so your site can always be restored.
