I do not know what is wrong, only that it is broken. Can you still help?
That is the normal case. The Basic package is a diagnosis: I tell you what is wrong and what it takes to fix it.
What if the fix turns out to be bigger than the package?
I tell you before doing the work, with a price. You decide. I never run up a bill quietly.
Will you need my server access?
Usually yes: FTP or SSH, database and admin panel. I sign an NDA on request and I never touch anything outside the agreed scope.
Can you work on code someone else wrote badly?
That is most of my work here. No judgement, no lectures, just the fix.
Do you fix WordPress?
Yes, including plugin conflicts and sites broken after an update.
