If your team copies data between spreadsheets by hand every week, that is a script, not a job. I will write the script.
I am co-founder and COO of an online academy with a sixty person team and learners in over forty countries. The internal machinery that keeps it running is largely automation I built myself across Apps Script, Sheets, Firebase and live APIs. I am not writing these from a tutorial. I run a company on them.
What I will do:
- Replace a manual spreadsheet routine with a script that runs on a schedule or a trigger
- Pull data in from other Google services, or from an external API
- Generate the reports and emails somebody is currently assembling by hand
- Add validation so bad data gets caught instead of quietly spreading
- Leave you commented code and a plain English note on how to change it
Scope note. This is for Google Workspace. If your data lives in Excel on a shared drive, or in a desktop tool, message me first because the approach changes.

FAQ
Will this keep running after you deliver?
Yes. It runs inside your own Google account on your own triggers. There is no server of mine involved and nothing to keep paying me for. If Google changes something a year later, that is a new job, and a small one.
Can you connect Sheets to our CRM or accounting system?
Usually, if it has an API. Standard includes one such connection. Tell me the system by name before you order so I can confirm rather than promise blind.
What if our spreadsheet is a mess?
Very common and not a problem, but it does affect scope. Send me a copy with the sensitive data removed and I will tell you honestly whether cleaning it up is part of the job or a separate one.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely. It lives in your Google account. I keep no copy and no access once the order closes unless you ask me to stay on.
Can you automate Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Forms too?
Yes, all of them are reachable from Apps Script. Anything beyond a single service belongs in Standard or above.
