I will organize your clickup workspace, tasks and project boards
Project and Operations support for busy teams that need calm, clear execution
About this Gig
Is your ClickUp list starting to feel cluttered, outdated or hard to use?
I can help clean up and organize an existing ClickUp list or board using your current setup and instructions. This gig is best for founders, small teams, agencies and consultants who need a clearer task list without a full workflow redesign.
I can help with:
- Tidying task names so they are easier to understand
- Updating statuses or priorities based on your guidelines
- Organizing tasks where the structure is clear
- Flagging unclear, duplicated or outdated items
- Providing a short cleanup summary after delivery
Please note: this gig does not include a full ClickUp workspace buildout, workflow redesign, automations, dashboards or a deep review of how your business operates. If you need that, please message me first so I can recommend the right scope.
This is a good fit if you already have a ClickUp setup but need help making a specific list or board cleaner, easier to scan and more useful.

FAQ
Do you redesign full ClickUp workflows?
No. This gig is focused on cleaning up and organizing an existing ClickUp list or board using your current setup and instructions. If you need a new workflow, automations, dashboards or a full workspace buildout, please message me first for a custom scope.
What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need edit access to the ClickUp list or board, plus enough context to organize it correctly: your current structure, how tasks should be grouped, what statuses/priorities mean, how to handle unclear items and anything I should not touch.
What if my ClickUp list has more tasks than the package includes?
I’ll focus on the number of tasks included in your selected package. If your list is larger or more complex, I can review the scope and recommend a custom offer before starting.
What counts as a revision?
A revision means small cleanup adjustments within the original scope, based on your original guidelines. It does not include new tasks, new lists, workflow redesign, automations, dashboards or a new structure after delivery.
