What do you need from me to get started?
Root (SSH) access to your VPS, dedicated or cloud server, your control panel license if it is a paid panel (cPanel or Plesk), and your domain registrar or DNS access if DNS changes are needed.
Which control panel should I choose?
cPanel/WHM is best for shared hosting businesses, Plesk suits Windows or multi-platform hosting, and CyberPanel, Virtualmin, DirectAdmin and HestiaCP are excellent low-cost or free options. Message me your use case and I will recommend the right one.
Do I need to buy a license for cPanel or Plesk?
Yes - cPanel and Plesk are paid panels, so you need an active license for your server. Virtualmin, CyberPanel and HestiaCP have free versions and DirectAdmin is low-cost. I install and configure whichever panel you choose.
Can you migrate my websites and emails without downtime?
Yes. Premium includes full migration planned around DNS timing, so websites and email move with near-zero downtime. I verify every site and mailbox on the new server before switching traffic.
Is it safe to share my server login with you?
Yes. Server access is handled professionally and used only for your order. For your security, I recommend changing the root password or removing my SSH key after delivery.
Can you fix problems on a panel that is already installed?
Yes - email not sending, SSL errors, panel login or license issues, high server load and website errors are all covered. Message me what is happening and I will tell you which package fits.
