I always try to set up everything beforehand so you don't have to do anything more than running the executable file, but if you need assistance I will help you get the bot running on your own PC or even on a remote server.
How long will the development take
It depends on the bot complexity, it can go from 1 day for a simple bot to a week for an advanced one.
