Duplicates, mixed date and phone formats, three exports that won't line up, the same company written five ways - send it over and I'll sort it out. Your original file stays untouched; the result comes as a separate file.

Never. You get the cleaned data as a separate file, so you can always compare against the source.
How do I know you didn't delete good records?
Every merge and removal is listed in a change report. Nothing is dropped silently, so you can review each one.
Do I get the script?
For Premium, yes, with a short README so you can re-run the cleaning on future data yourself.
