What if you are unable to find or fix the bug?
I offer a "No Fix, No Fee" guarantee. If I cannot identify the root cause or provide a working solution for the specific issue we agreed upon, I will issue a full refund.
Do you provide documentation for the changes made?
Yes! Along with the fix, I provide a brief explanation of why the bug occurred and how the new code resolves it to help you avoid similar issues in the future.
Do you need access to my entire GitHub repository?
Ideally, yes. Access to the full repository allows me to see the environment configurations and dependencies. If you prefer, you can also send a ZIP file of the project (excluding the node_modules folder).
Do you offer support if the bug reappears after the order is closed?
Yes. If the specific issue I fixed resurfaces due to my code, I provide 5 days of free support to resolve it. However, new bugs or feature requests outside the original scope will require a new order.
