What does your bug report include?
Each bug report includes the steps to reproduce, screenshots, severity level, expected vs actual behavior, browser or device details, and suggested fix notes.
Do you perform cross-browser compatibility testing?
Yes. I test across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both Windows and Mac to ensure consistent behavior across all major browsers.
What information do you need to start testing?
I need the website or app URL, login credentials if required, a list of features to test, and any specific areas of concern you want me to focus on.
How long does manual QA testing take?
Basic website testing takes 1 to 2 days. A full project with cross-browser and mobile testing typically takes 5 to 7 days depending on the scope.
Do you retest after my developer fixes the bugs?
Yes. Retesting after fixes is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package it can be added as an extra revision.
Can you test web apps built with React or Django?
Yes. I have experience testing web applications built with React, Django, Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS across all major browsers and devices.
Do you provide a test case document?
Yes. Test case documentation is included in the Standard and Premium packages and covers test scenarios, steps, expected results, and pass or fail status.
What is your revision policy?
Basic includes 0 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Additional revisions can be purchased as a gig extra for $5 each.
Do you offer ongoing QA testing for regular updates?
Yes. I offer 3-month and 6-month subscription plans with a discount so you can get consistent QA coverage every time you push new features or updates.
