I will set up a web app for your jobs, orders, invoices and PDF quotes

About this gig
Quotes in one folder, orders in another, invoices in a third. Which jobs are paid? Which ones are still waiting? Finding out takes a full day, usually the day before the bank calls.
I built a web app for contractors and installers that run several jobs at once. It already works:
- Every job has its orders, invoices and quotes together, with payment status.
- Quotes become a clean PDF offer with your logo, ready to send.
- Cash view: balance, movements, and what comes in and goes out next.
How this gig works:
1. You order and tell me how you handle quotes and invoices today, with 2 or 3 names of jobs and clients.
2. I load them into the app and you get 7 days of access to try it with made-up figures.
3. On Standard and Premium we get on a 45-minute video call: we issue a PDF offer with your logo, turn it into orders and see what is still unpaid.
4. You leave with a clear list of what would change to make it yours.
Every real project is adjusted afterwards to your case, with a written proposal before any work starts.
The demo only uses made-up data. Please don't send me real client or bank data.

FAQ
Does it replace my accountant or my accounting software?
No. It is for the day-to-day of the jobs: what was quoted, ordered, invoiced and paid. Your accountant keeps doing the books; you send them cleaner numbers.
Can I send quotes as PDF with my logo?
Yes. You fill in the lines, the app makes the PDF offer with your logo and conditions, and you send it. Accepted quotes turn into the job's orders.
Is this my final app?
Not yet. This gig is the first step: you see a working app shaped like your company. Turning it into your own app, with your logo and your data, is a separate project with a written quote first.
Can I see what is still unpaid across all jobs?
Yes. The cash view shows balance, pending invoices and next payments in one screen, so you stop opening ten folders to answer that question.
