Which package should I choose?
Basic = a proven toolkit for one phase of your program. Standard = toolkit + hands-on consulting hours. Premium = a fully custom intake session covering your whole program. Not sure which fits? Message me before ordering and I'll point you in the right direction.
What counts as a "revision"?
A revision means adjustments to deliverables already provided, based on the original brief — not new scope. New requirements or a different direction is treated as additional work, priced separately.
Do you offer rush delivery?
No. Good systems take the time they take to build properly. I'd rather deliver something that works than something fast and shaky. On a hard deadline? Message me first so I can tell you honestly if it's realistic.
I don't see exactly what I need — can you build something custom?
Yes. If your situation needs something outside my standard offerings — a different system, industry, or process — message me with details. I'll tell you honestly if it's a fit, plus timeline and price, before you order.
Do you have real healthcare IT experience, or is this generic content?
Real experience — 15+ years running enterprise PACS, EHR, and HIM implementations and upgrades across major health systems. Every framework I deliver is built from actual programs, not theory.
What file format will I receive?
Editable Word (.docx) files — fully customizable and tool-agnostic. They work with whatever system your organization already uses (Excel, Notion, SharePoint, etc.).
Will my information be kept confidential?
Yes. Anything you share about your program or organization stays between us. I'm happy to sign an NDA before a Premium engagement if your organization requires one — just ask.
