Which package fits my situation?
Basic if you need a documentation gap review. Standard if you also need help resolving live workflow issues. Premium if you need vendor evaluation, custom SOPs, and downtime/upgrade planning. Not sure? Message me before ordering.
Do you have real PACS deployment experience, or is this template-based?
Real experience. 15+ years running large-scale radiology system deployments — DICOM, HL7, interfaces, and go-live execution. Every recommendation comes from systems that had to work on a real go-live day.
Can you write our downtime procedures and SOPs?
Yes — this is Premium-tier work. SOPs and downtime planning need to reflect your actual environment, not a generic template, so this requires the deeper engagement to do properly.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Not by default. Downtime procedures and SOPs done quickly are done wrong — this work needs the time it needs. A limited fast-delivery option exists, but I'd rather talk first if you're on a tight deadline.
What counts as a "revision"?
Adjustments to deliverables already provided, based on the original brief — not new scope. New requirements or a materially different direction is additional work, priced separately.
What file format will I receive?
Editable Word (.docx) files for documentation and SOPs — fully customizable. Strategy sessions are delivered live via video call, with written follow-up notes.
Will my organization's information be kept confidential?
Yes. Anything you share about your systems, vendors, or operations stays between us. I'll sign an NDA before an engagement if your organization requires one.
