Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Send your site URL, the exact error or screenshot, steps to reproduce it and any recent changes. I will review the task and confirm the scope, delivery time and suitable package before you order.
What WordPress and WooCommerce problems can you fix?
I troubleshoot PHP and JavaScript errors, plugin or theme conflicts, AJAX and form issues, checkout or cart bugs, and broken existing custom functionality. The work must match the scope agreed before ordering.
How do I choose the right package?
Send the issue and steps to reproduce it before ordering. I confirm the scope, acceptance criteria and package: Basic for one minor bug, Standard for one functional issue, Premium for one involved issue with related-flow checks. All include unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
What access will you need?
After agreeing on scope, I may need temporary WordPress admin and, when relevant, SFTP or hosting access. We arrange only the access required through Fiverr's permitted channels. Do not include passwords in the first enquiry.
Do you work on a staging site or make a backup?
I prefer an existing staging site. Before changes, we agree on staging or a verified backup plan. Creating a new staging environment, repairing backups or moving a site is included only when explicitly agreed in the quote.
How long will the fix take?
Delivery times are 2, 3 and 5 days for Basic, Standard and Premium. These are initial delivery times, not limits on revision requests. Please provide the agreed requirements and access before work starts.
What counts as a revision?
Unlimited revisions make the delivered fix meet the original agreed requirements and acceptance criteria, with no numerical cap or hourly cutoff for these corrections. New features, changed requirements, unrelated issues and later maintenance need a separate quote.
What if the issue is more complex than expected?
I explain the findings before proposing any change to the agreed scope. Extra effort alone does not turn corrections to the original requirements into paid extras. New requirements or unrelated issues need your approval and a separate quote through Fiverr.
What will I receive when the work is delivered?
You receive the agreed fix, a concise summary of affected code or settings, and notes on the checks performed. When relevant, I identify the changed files and explain how you can verify the result.
Do you also build new plugins or connect external APIs?
I can debug existing custom plugin code within the agreed task. Developing a new plugin, building a new feature or creating a REST API integration requires a separate scope and quote.
