About this gig
I am a professional violinist and teacher with a PhD in musicology. I completed my Master's degree at Kharkiv I. P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts and now working there at the Chamber Ensemble Department. I have extensive teaching experience not only with the violinists, but also with violists, cellists and pianists.
My teaching method is based on an integrated approach. During lessons I help my students to realise the relations between dramaturgy (phrasing) of a composition, its emotional content (including your reaction on it), and performing expression tools (technique). It allows to increase students practice productivity, though it doesn't exclude the necessity of their systemic nature.
I work with children (12+) and adults, beginners and advanced. As a teacher-tutor, I could help you with great pleasure to prepare for competitions, auditions, concerts, etc.
About technique. I touch on all aspects of violin playing: posture (optional), sound producing, bow strokes, string crossing, timbre, articulation, fingering, vibrato, shifting, etc.

Hi everyone!
My name is Stanislav. I am a professional violinist, teacher and musicologist. I completed my Master's Degree and PhD (in musicology) at the Kharkiv I. P. Kotlyarevsky National University of Arts and since 2015 I'm working there as a teacher and leading accompanist.
My teaching method is based on the complex approach. During lessons I help students to understand the connections between dramaturgy (phrasing), emotional and technical side of playing in order to realise their own musical ideas, views, and interpretations interestingly and convincingly.
