You'll receive the transcript in MS Word (.docx or .doc), TXT, and RTF. To receive in PDF format, you may avail the Standard and Premium Package, or contact me before ordering regarding to your request.

Paragraph Style: Paragraphs with 4-5 sentences each, with timestamps. Timestamps Style: 1-3 sentences per line, timestamps on each line. Dialogue Style: 1-3 sentences or more, and changes speaker when it does. I also accept custom text format, contact me if so.

Clean verbatim is a type of transcript that excludes shutters, false starts, and filler words. Full verbatim, also known as Word-for-word transcript, is a type of transcript that includes every word spoken in the audio (like …uh, this). Please indicate your preferred type when ordering.

I can transcribe any English accents and Filipino/Tagalog.

Of course! I can transcript with any English accents, like American, Philippine English, British, and others. As long as the audio is clear, the transcript you'll receive will have better accuracy.

As offered in the packages, I'll deliver the transcript in fastest time possible. I'll send you the file (a screen shot or PDF, or a Google Docs link) for review if the transcript needs revising. It could also depend if the audio or video is of low-quality or slow paced.

To make sure confidentiality is observed, all files you delivered that are used for making transcript and the transcript itself are deleted after your order is complete.

If you have bulk files to have a transcript, or have an audio or video that is more than 2 hours, contact me and we'll discuss the matters. Depending on your needs, making transcript with bulk files would take few days to complete, preferably one or few at a time.
