Do you include hosting and domain in your service?
We do not include hosting or domain names in this service. You need to purchase it from any hosting provider of your choice.
Do you handle issues with my hosting provider?
We do not handle issues with your hosting provider if any problems with their servers occur.
Do you install wordpress?
Yes, but be aware that some hosting provides often have issues with their Wordpress installers and this could delay the process. Any communication with the hosting provider needs to be done by the gig buyer. We do not communicate with hosting services on behalf of clients.
Can I get revisions for my design?
All packages offer a number of revisions. This means you can ask for a changes in text alignment, or module and menu configurations or changes in the header design for the website. Updates to the content such as pages, graphics and modules that are not part of the original request are separate.
How do you handle revisions?
We request that revisions aresent to us within a reasonable timeframe of 24 to 72 hours from the day of delivery. If more time is needed, the agreed number of revisions can be provided as a post-order service with no time limits.
Do you provide logo designs for the basic design cost?
When you purchase any of the basic or standard packages. We will include images that you provide for the design. If you do not have a logo, the costs for designing it will be separate.
Do you provide text and images for the design?
Each package offers a specific amount of text but more can be requested if needed. We do not provide images for your content for the basic packages, but we can generate AI images with human editing if required.
Do you migrate websites from one host to another?
We do not migrate websites at the moment due to complications that could arise in this process and that sort of setback would not be viable for us. What we do offer is to take outdated content and create a whole new site in a CMS such as Wordpress. Migrating the old content to a new design.
What happens if I forget my password?
The password for your WordPress needs to be changed immediately after we deliver the work. We are not responsible for any issues with your login after we have finished the work you requested.
