What exactly do I receive?
A clean Excel or CSV (consistent dates, separate debit/credit columns, page references) plus a one-page verification report.
What is the verification report?
It shows transactions extracted, opening balance, total credits, total debits, calculated closing vs your statement's printed closing, and a VERIFIED or REVIEW REQUIRED status.
Does "verified" mean every row is perfect?
No, I won't claim that. It means the extracted totals reconcile with your statement's own balances, which catches missing, duplicated, and miskeyed amounts. Flagged rows get manual review, plus a spot check on every order.
What happens if the totals don't reconcile?
I investigate before delivery. If it's my extraction error, I fix it free. If the statement itself doesn't reconcile, I deliver with the difference documented and suspect rows flagged.
