·        Good experience in Java basis, IO, collection, multi-threading, AQS, network development.

·        Good experience in JVM garbage collectors, GC algorithms, JVM optimization.

·        Deep understanding of Java development frameworks including Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis and customize frameworks.

·        Understanding of high throughput IO model, familiar with the Netty thread model, handling high concurrency service architecture.

·        Understanding of Redis thread model, familiar with various Redis data structure application scenarios, hot cache rebuilding, cache eviction, cache avalanche, cache penetration, cache breakdown.

·        Good skills in middleware system e.g. RocketMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, handling message re-consume, sequential message.

·        Good skills in NoSQL systems, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.

·        Good skills in solving distributed system problems, e.g. Distributed lock, transaction, multi-tasks, high-throughput.
