About this Gig
Python scripting, no limit on the number of built-in modules used or flavour (CPython 2, CPython 3, MicroPython, CircuitPython, etc.), the only limit will be the number of lines coded. The code will follow strict pythonic programming style and commenting.
All eventual bugs will be troubleshot and fixed at no cost for up to 15 days after delivery.
If MicroPython or CircuitPython are to be used, you will be responsible for testing the code on your device.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All the code delivered using this gig cannot be used commercially and it is licensed under the terms of a CC BY-NC 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/).
If you need code to be used commercially and without attribution, do not use this gig and please ask me for a quotation.
NOTE: I will NOT entertain and I WILL report any request for:
- illegal activities
- unauthorised web scraping requests
- circumventing any security measure
FAQ
Does the price include non built-in modules such as for example `numpy` or `pandas` ?
No. This gig is only offered at the given prices as long as only built-in modules are used. For code which requires additional modules, please request me for a quotation.
Are commenting lines and/or commenting blocks included in the total count of the lines coded ?
No. Only lines of code are counted. Comments are added at no cost.
Will the code require additional charges if the selected package, including of a certain number of code lines, will not suffice to complete the task ?
As general rule, yes. However it will depend, I'm not extremely strict, if one or two additional lines are required to complete the code, I might not charge any extra and it will be evaluated in a case by case basis.
Can I use commerically the code provided by this gig ?
No. The charges are intended for a code released under the terms of a CC BY-NC 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/). For code that can be used commercially, please ask me for a quotation.
Can I share the code provided by this gig ?
