Definitely not, I am solely working on a backup of your theme. This will be only released after sufficient tests, so there is no risk for you.
Will there be any restrictions for my store during development?
No, I'm working on a backup, so your store can continue to run normally in the meantime.
Will any apps be installed in this gig?
No. All of my shop improvements are done directly inside your theme code, no app is needed at any time. This improves pagespeed and code structure and thereby increases conversion rate. My advice: Never give any dev the access to install apps on your store, unless he has a very good reason to do so.
