FAQ
Can you fix my restricted or disabled Meta ad account?
In many cases yes. I find the cause, fix the Business Manager and ad account settings, and submit appeals through Meta's official process. Meta makes the final decision, so I can't guarantee reinstatement.
Do I need to share my Facebook password?
No. I only need to be added as a Partner or Admin in your Meta Business Suite. For complex issues we can do a live Zoom or AnyDesk session so you stay in control of your account.
How long does it take to fix an ad account restriction?
Simple fixes take 1 to 2 days. Appeals depend on Meta's review time, which can take several days. I'll keep you updated at every step and tell you what to expect after reviewing your account.
What if my ad account is permanently disabled?
If an appeal isn't possible, I can help you set up a new, verified Business Manager and ad account the right way, so you avoid repeating the same policy violation.
Can you fix Facebook pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) issues?
Yes. I can fix missing events, duplicate tracking and broken Meta pixel setup. Choose the Premium package for pixel and CAPI troubleshooting.
