Hello, I'm Stefano Napoli, I play Electric Bass and Double Bass. I live in Rome working in many projects of various genres; I like to play always in different modalities and bands. In these years I've been played in pubs, private events, house concerts, auditorium, theaters, TV and radio shows.
I like recording too! Create a new bass line or playing for a song that someone will listen many times. How to set an instruments or to put a mic. FAQ
Can you use effects on the tracks?
Yes, I have various pedal effects (overdrive, sinth, envelope filter, octaver, delay, reverb, chorus) and also a lot of plugin effects and amp simulation with my Apollo.
What style can you play?
I'm a professional musician for at least 10 years, so I studied and played a lot of tunes in various styles. Playing Double Bass and Electric Bass give me also the possibility to record all kind of music styles. From Country to Modern Music.
Which techniques do you use on instruments?
- On Double Bass I can play "Arco" and "Pizzicato", no slap. - On Electric Bass: Slap, Pick, and of course Finger.
How does the Basic Service works? (Electric Bass)
In all the recordings I always will use a Bass Preamp (Avalon U5). I will send you an high quality (16 bit, 44.100 hz) single bass line track processed also with EQ and Compression.
How does the Standard Service Works? (Electric Bass)
In all the recordings I always will use a Bass Preamp (Avalon U5). I will send you two high quality (24 bit, 44.100 hz) bass line tracks. Same line but: one track with clean signal (Avalon) and the other with Mic, Compression and also Effects if needed. So you can decide how mix both channels.
How does the Premium Service Works? (Electric Bass)
Same as Standard Service, different only for the longer songs
How does the Basic Service works? (Double Bass)
For a double bass recording I will use one Mic. I will send you an high quality (16 bit, 44.100 hz) single bass line track processed also with EQ and Compression.
