What's the difference between the packages?
Basic is a pre-set conversational flow (FAQ-style). Standard adds CRM integration and multi-language support. Premium adds RAG, user authentication, and full source code.
Which platforms can the chatbot work on?

What is RAG and do I need it?
RAG lets the bot answer using your own documents or knowledge base instead of generic responses. It's included in Premium.
Which CRMs can you integrate with?
Brevo, HubSpot, and similar tools depending on your setup — we'll confirm compatibility before starting.
Do you provide the source code?
Source code is included in the Premium package only. Basic and Standard include the working chatbot, not the raw code.
What do you need from me to get started?
