How does the process work?
Built around the one action you want (a sign-up, a demo, an install), not just a pretty video. Day 0 brief and references, script within 3 days, a storyboard you approve before any animation, then animation, voiceover and music. Standard and Premium ship in 16:9, 9:16 and 4:5 with 30s and 15s cuts.
Will it actually bring us sign-ups or demos?
An explainer converts when it is written for one action and placed where decisions happen, so the script is built around that action and every cut is sized for your site, ads and socials. We've made these for SaaS teams including Fiverr itself and Investing.com. Check the examples in my portfolio.
How long should my explainer video be?
For most SaaS products, 60 to 90 seconds wins: long enough to cover the problem, the fix and the product, short enough to hold attention and get the click. A very thorough product or a full walkthrough can need 2 to 3 minutes, which I quote on request. For ads, 30 to 60 second cuts work best.
How do you price longer videos?
The packages cover 30, 60 and 90 seconds, with script, storyboard, voiceover and music included at every length. Other lengths are $25 per second of finished animation, so 120 seconds is $3000. Send the script or the length you have in mind and I'll quote the exact number.
Can you rebuild our UI from screenshots?
Yes. Send screenshots or a screen recording and we rebuild the screens as clean vector UI so the product looks as good as it works and stays sharp on every screen. If the product is still changing, we lock the screens at the storyboard stage.
Can my team review it with me?
Yes. Share the storyboard and the first cut with whoever approves on your side. Feedback from several people works best gathered into one round, so each revision round goes further and the timeline holds.
How many revisions, and how fast?
Each package lists its revision rounds, two on the 30 and 60 second packages and three on the launch kit. Revision requests are turned around within 24-48 hours on working days. A revision is a change to the delivered video; a new concept or script is a new order.
What is not included?
Filming with real people, media buying, landing pages and posting. If you need any of those, say so before ordering and I'll tell you what we can arrange. Everything in the package description is included; nothing outside it is assumed.
