Where is my data stored?
The platform and all encrypted stored data run on IONOS servers in Germany. Message text is sent to an AI model provider only to generate replies, under contract and transfer safeguards listed in the agreement.
What uptime can I expect?
It runs on IONOS cloud servers in Germany with 24/7 monitoring and regular backups. If anything breaks, I'm alerted and fix it first. Need a formal SLA? Ask for a custom offer.
What if I go over my conversations?
Your chatbot keeps answering. I'll let you know and suggest the right plan, or you can add 1,000 extra conversations.
Can I reply to customers myself?
Yes. Every chat lands in your inbox. Take over from the AI with one click, and handed-over chats arrive with a note so you know what's needed. Your theme and checkout stay unchanged.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from your store's data and never invents prices, stock or delivery dates. When unsure, or for refunds and returns, it hands the chat to you.
