What do you need from me?
In order to install the Chat Bot, I will need access to your website. You'll be asked to put the requirements during the order process. All information provided will be kept confidential.
What is a Chatbot?
A Chatbot simulates human conversation by responding to certain phrases with programmed responses.
How will I be able to chat with my visitors?
You'll be able to do it from a specific app made for this purpose. It can be installed on smartphones, tablets and PC. You'll get a notification when a visitor wants to contact you and you'll be able to immediately reply to him.
Why should I use chatbots?
Nobody wants to waste time answering the same questions. Chatbots can handle the most asked requests. What may you get? More time and a loyal client.
Can the chatbot answer in different languages?

On which website can Tidio be installed?
Pretty much all websites: WordPress, Shopify, PestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, html websites, php etc... For Wix Websites you'll need to have a Wix Pro Plan. It cannot be installed on Tumblr Pages.
Can you integrate it with my CRM or other Third-Party apps?
The integration with AgileCRM, Zendesk Sell, Mailchimp, Hubspot, pipedrive, Zendesk is included on request with the Standard / Premium package. If you want to integrate with Zapier or a third-party app which is not listed above, please contact me.
Are there any limits?
Bots offer limitless chats with up to 100 unique monthly visitors for free, counting each user once. Perfect for standard users. Upgrade plans for high traffic are available on Tidio's website, separate from my responsibilities. Live Chat has no limits.
