This Gig provides Mechanical Engineering ANSYS simulation FEA services with a major focus on, Structural Analysis, Heat transfer and CFD. It also includes geometry design in Ansys Spaceclaim and Design modeller phases of design and meshing.

Other FEA categories such as electromagnetic, Thermal-Electric and Turbomachinery Fluid Flow can also be offered in this package.

Task Breakdown

1) Modelling in Spaceclaim or Design modeller.

The model can also be done by Inventor, Solidworks, CATIA or any other mechanical software.

2) Meshing- Well structured and detailed meshing performed and tested before setup.

3) Setup- Setup is done by defining the material, models, boundary conditions etc.

4) Solution, Results

The report is generated analysis. Various methods of analysis compared and alernatives considered for better results.

This also includes generation of Contour plots, Vectors, XY plots, pathlines, streamlines etc.

5) Post processing

CFD-Post is then perfomed (if needed).
