About this Gig
Hi, I'm Stella, professional beta reader and manuscript strategist specializing in dark romance, dark fantasy, and sci fi ebooks. I help authors take the guesswork out of publishing by identifying exactly where their stories shine and where readers might lose interest.
Writing in these complex genres is tough, and it is easy to worry if your world-building is clear, your pacing is tight, or your dark elements are hitting the right emotional notes. I am here to solve those exact problems while completely preserving your unique voice and vision.

FAQ
What genres do you specialize in?
I specialize exclusively in dark romance, dark fantasy, and sci-fi ebooks. This focus allows me to give you accurate feedback based on what readers in these specific communities love and expect.
Will you edit or proofread my manuscript?
No, this gig is strictly for beta reading. I focus on big-picture elements like your plot, pacing, characters, and reader engagement rather than fixing grammar or typos.
Do you accept explicit or highly sensitive content?
Yes! Since I specialize in dark romance and dark fantasy, I am completely comfortable with mature themes, dark tropes, and explicit content.
What exactly will I receive in the reader report?
You will get a simple, honest breakdown of my thoughts as a reader. It covers where I got hooked, sections that felt slow or confusing, and how well your characters and world-building worked.
Can you beta read a book that is part of an ongoing series?
Yes, but Kindly provide a brief summary of the previous books so I have the context needed to give you the most accurate feedback possible.
