What is needed from me to get you started?
These are the most important requirements that you must send me: the exact content (in text format - Word or txt.), the instructions, the size and orientation. And here are some optional requirements: logo, photos (related to your job, something specific), the predominant colors.
What is the time delivery?
I'll get to this as soon as I can. Please keep in mind that I take all the orders step by step, so I will deliver the order in the exact number of the days which are displayed when ordering. I will deliver the order on time, but not faster (for example in the middle of the countdown or less days).
Can you also create the content/text, besides the design?
Unfortunately not, this request doesn't align with the service that I offer for this gig . You must send me the exact content in a text format (Word, Txt., PDF or PPT).
Can you send me the order faster than the initial turnaround time?
If you haven't already ordered the 1 day delivery, you can ask me to send you a price quote for a faster delivery (in less days). But this depends of the complexity of the work and my free time.
Do your packages have the design for the back side included as well?
Just Premium Package has the design included for the back side. You should order the extra gig for the back side if you choose the Basic or Standard Package. And if you have already ordered without the extra gig for the back side, you can ask me to send you an additional price quote for that.
Can you provide me the design in a Word or Power Point format?
Unfortunately, not. In my design process, I specialize in utilizing Adobe Photoshop. Therefore, I'm unable to provide the design in Word or PowerPoint format.
Why my order was completed without asking me?
Please keep in mind that all orders will be auto-completed (by the system, NOT by myself) 3 days after deliveries, unless you click on the "request modification" button. So if the order is already completed, please send me a message (in message section) regarding the order! I will be right here!
What source editable format do you offer for your designs?
I provide the source editable format only in .PSD, specifically tailored for use in Adobe Photoshop.
