No. The gig price covers my professional service fee for preparing and filing your documents. State-mandated filing fees, franchise taxes, or late penalties are separate and must be paid to the state department.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
I typically need your company’s legal name, the state of formation, and a copy of your original Articles of Organization. If you are filing an amendment, please provide the specific details you wish to change (e.g., new address or new member names).
How long does it take to reinstate a dissolved LLC?
The timeline depends entirely on the state’s processing speed. While I prepare the paperwork within 1–3 days, states like Delaware or Wyoming can take anywhere from a few business days to several weeks to process the reinstatement.
Can you help if my business is "In Arrears" or "Delinquent"?
Yes. I will check your entity's status with the Secretary of State, identify the missing reports or unpaid fees, and help you file the necessary paperwork to return your business to "Good Standing.
Do you provide a Registered Agent service?
I can assist you in filing the paperwork to change or update your Registered Agent. However, I do not personally act as a Registered Agent. You must provide the details of your chosen agent or agency.
