The questionnaire will move step-by-step through vocabulary, sentence use, functional language, grammar, literacy readiness and parent observations. It separates spoken ability from reading and writing development to support accurate placement.
Basic will include the progressive CEFR parent intake questionnaire.
Standard will add a Student Profile Summary Sheet for recording notes across all sections, identifying spoken CEFR level, literacy stage, main focus areas and next steps. It will include a structured Student Feedback Form you can use for reporting and future assessment tracking.
Premium will include scoring grids, spoken level decision charts and tutor guidance sheets to help you interpret results confidently, justify placement decisions and plan lessons with greater precision.
