No. The template is the blank system you set up yourself. This service builds it from YOUR last 60 days of quotes and leads, with your labels, services, and trade-specific scripts, plus a walkthrough video. If you only want the blank template, buy it from the shop - do not order this gig for that.
Will it text or email my customers for me?
No. It flags who to contact and gives you the script. You send the message. Business texts need the recipient's consent and an opt-out option - the scripts include a consent + opt-out handling note.
Will it answer my phone?
No. It logs missed calls and dates the callback. Nothing in this system answers calls or books jobs automatically.
Can you guarantee I'll win jobs back?
No honest seller can. The system makes sure no call or quote is forgotten and gives you a polite script for every touch. Replies and bookings depend on your customers.
What if I don't have 60 days of quotes to send?
Send what you have. The file works from day one with whatever you import, and you add new calls and quotes as they come in.
Excel or Google Sheets?
Either. Choose one primary version in your order. Standard formulas, no macros. If you need both versions fully tested, ask for a custom extra before ordering.
What if I need changes later?
Your package includes the stated revisions for corrections and small in-scope adjustments. New modules or a new workflow can be quoted as a custom extra.
