What genres do you work with?
I mainly work with rock, alternative, progressive, metal, punk, indie, as well as electronic music that values dynamics and texture. If your track relies heavily on feel, space, and energy rather than extreme loudness, it’s likely a good fit.
Do you offer creative input or only technical mixing?
I can work both ways. If you already have a clear vision, I’ll focus purely on execution. If a track needs direction, I’m happy to offer guidance on balance, arrangement, and overall feel, always in service of the song.
What do you need from me to start?
Cleanly exported stems starting from bar one, preferably without clipping or heavy master-bus processing. Recording notes (eg. mic choice, mic placement, existing processing, etc.), rough mix or reference track is very helpful, but not mandatory.
Can you mix music recorded at home or in a bedroom studio?
Yes. As long as the recordings are usable, I’ll focus on making the best possible mix without over-processing or hiding problems behind effects.
Do you use presets or AI mixing tools?
No. Every mix is done manually, based on the material and the intent of the song. I don’t rely on one-click solutions or genre presets. If asked, I can provide full description of signal chain and reasoning behind specific processing decisions.
Is mastering included?
No. This gig is for mixing only. Mastering is offered as a separate service to ensure each stage gets proper attention.
