Please provide the topic, intended audience, preferred tone, desired word count, deadline and any facts, notes, documents, links or sources you want included. Let me know if you have a preferred style guide or formatting requirements
What is included in additional research?
Additional research includes reviewing credible, publicly available online sources to develop and verify the article. Extensive document review, paid databases, public-records requests and original interviews are not included unless arranged separately.
Can you interview a source for the article?
Yes. You can add one remote interview of up to 30 minutes through the Source Interview Gig Extra. You must provide accurate contact information, and the source must agree to participate. Source availability cannot be guaranteed.
Can you write in AP style?
Yes. I have professional journalism experience writing in AP style. I can also follow your publication’s style guide if you provide it before I begin.
Do you submit FOIA or public-records requests?
Public-records requests are not included in this gig because agency timelines and fees vary. Contact me before ordering if your project requires public-records research so we can discuss the scope and determine whether a custom offer is appropriate.
Can you guarantee publication or search rankings?
