About this Gig
Protect your future with a clear, well-structured marital agreement. I'm Stephen Ansjr, a licensed U.S. attorney with 10+ years of experience in legal drafting and review.
I draft and review:
- Prenuptial agreements (before marriage)
- Postnuptial agreements (during marriage)
- Separation agreements
- Property, debt, business-ownership, and support terms
Documents are confidential, written in plain language, and customized to your situation.
Important: Marital agreements are governed by state law. I draft for one party only, and the other spouse should have their own attorney review the agreement so it holds up. My services are limited to drafting, review, and advisory support, not representation or court filing.

FAQ
Are you a licensed attorney?
Yes. I'm Stephen Ansjr, a licensed U.S. attorney with 10+ years of experience in legal drafting and review, including business and property-related agreements.
What's the difference between a prenup, postnup, and separation agreement?
A prenuptial agreement is signed before marriage. A postnuptial agreement is signed after marriage. A separation agreement is signed when spouses decide to live apart, and it covers property, debts, and support.
Is this legal advice or document drafting?
My services are limited to legal drafting, review, and advisory support. They do not include court filing, representation, or acting as attorney of record unless I am formally retained in that capacity within my licensed jurisdiction.
Will the agreement be valid in my state?
Marital agreements are governed by state law, and requirements differ. Tell me your state before ordering. Your spouse or partner should also have their own attorney review the agreement, because that makes it much more likely to be enforceable.
Can you represent both of us?
No. I draft for one party only. The other party should hire their own attorney to review it.
What information do you need from me?
Your state of residence, a summary of assets, debts, and any business interests, and your main goals (property division, support, protecting inheritance, and so on).
Can you review an agreement my spouse or their lawyer sent me?
Yes. Upload it and I'll send a written summary of key issues and terms to question.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your details are kept strictly confidential and used only to prepare your agreement.
